You know the situation. You fancied that bolognese sauce that you have stuffed in a jar, or that nice Balti Curry, in a jar, at the back of your cupboard. You get it out, you twist the lid and…. the lid doesn’t move. You try again and again and again. You just can’t get that lid off and the more you try, your palms sweat.
