Unfortunately, Berg and I haven’t had enough time this week to read a book for Berg’s Book Club. He’s disappointed. However, this is for two good reasons. I promise
The main one is that I have been extremely busy with coursework deadlines that are vastly approaching. On the bright side, I think I am writing some interesting stories.
I’ve dabbled in Sci-fi for the first time and have started using some pretty cool postmodern techniques. I’m really enjoying my modules this year and feel that I am learning so much! I need the time to process and apply all the information. I also have my dissertation coming up. One big massive screenplay! I am looking forward to writing that as I want to be a screenwriter.
Anyway, I apologise that I haven’t posted this week but as you can see, I’ve been very busy.
The second reason is that I have no idea what book to read or to listen to next. So if you have any ideas on what book I should review next, please put your suggestions in the comments. I will get to it eventually, I promise!
However, instead of having Berg’s Book Club this week, I have asked my friend and flatmate, Lizzie, if I can use one of their book reviews on my blog. So we have agreed that I’ll share their review on Banded by Logan Byrne.
I highly recommend this book review. Don’t forget to follow Lizzie afterwards if you like the review so that you know when they have produced some more interesting and intriguing posts!
They have started their own review section known as The Sunday review. Full of great content.
